According to public information, Integra was founded 40 years ago in Wichita, Kansas. It is an employee holding company (ESOP). At present, Integra is the largest outsourcing semiconductor assembly and testing (OSAT) enterprise in the United States, providing chip packaging testing, certification and other services for more than 500 customers.

According to the Tianjin High-tech Zone, China, recently, Tianjin Binhai New Area launched its key projects in the spring of 2023. This time, 122 key projects were launched with a total investment of 120.8 billion yuan. Among them, the High-tech Zone has set up sub-venues in the Bolonghu Science and Technology Park and the Marine Science and Technology Park. The first batch of 21 projects in the High-tech Zone was commenced, with a total investment of more than 20.6 billion yuan. Among them, the projects under construction include the new factory building project of Tianjin Xinzhe Microelectronics Technology Co., Ltd., which will build packaging and testing plants for modern chip electronic components, hybrid integrated circuits, etc., with a total investment of 218 million yuan. It is expected that the project will be completed and put into operation in September 2024, and the operating income will be RMB194.4 million in 2024
